All In: Capturing Presidential Exteriors’ Leadership Conference in Colorado Springs
What happens when a growing company brings its leadership team together, steps away from the day-to-day, and gets ALL IN on what comes next?
That was the focus of Presidential Exteriors’ leadership conference at Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Presidential Exteriors is an East Coast construction company entering an exciting new season of growth. Their ALL IN conference was designed to bring their team together around a shared vision, strengthen relationships, and build the momentum needed for their next chapter.
JB Creative was brought in to capture both photography and video, documenting not just the presentations and polished moments, but the energy and personality that made the conference memorable.
More Than a Conference
The event included traditional conference sessions and leadership presentations, but it was far from a typical sit-and-listen corporate event.
Throughout the conference, the team participated in brainstorming sessions, worked through challenges together, and took part in team-building activities designed to push them outside their comfort zones.
One activity had teams working together to build bridges, putting communication, creativity, and problem-solving to the test. The group also worked out together and competed in a relay race at Memorial Park.
And for those looking for an even bigger challenge, the team took on the Manitou Incline—a demanding climb that provided plenty of opportunities for encouragement, laughter, and a shared sense of accomplishment.
Capturing the Life of the Event
For us, the goal wasn't simply to document who spoke and what happened.
It was to capture what it felt like to be there.
That meant photographing the big group moments, but also the conversations happening between sessions. It meant capturing the laughs around the dinner table, the intensity of the team-building activities, the focus during brainstorming sessions, and the moments when the team was simply enjoying being together.
Those candid moments are often what tell the real story of a corporate event.
The result was a four-minute conference recap film designed to tell the larger story of ALL IN, along with a one-minute social media cut that gives viewers a fast, energetic look at the experience.
Bringing the Vision to Life
At its core, ALL IN wasn't just about having a great conference. It was about getting the Presidential Exteriors team aligned behind a vision for the company's future.
From conference sessions to climbing mountains, from brainstorming to breaking bread together, every part of the event reinforced the same idea: growth happens when people are willing to commit to the mission and to each other.
That is the kind of story we love telling.
